Communications can do more than find something to say. Sometimes, they can create it.

Bosak Auto Group's expansion plans after 2016 included massive facilities upgrades that required close communication between approved vendors and OEM representatives. Our Accounts Services team took on the responsibility, finding more affordable options (without sacrificing quality) for furniture, signage, and installation that ultimately saved Bosak Auto Group hundreds of thousands of dollars across multiple building projects.

As trusted partners to the leadership team at Bosak Auto, we were happy to use our experiential design and customer knowledge expertise to guide facilities decisions in a direction that would benefit their guests and employees in the future.

Marketers and designers have cross-disciplinary skillsets—understanding users and crafting personal experiences for them—which have broad applications for various departments in an enterprise. It's a core competency in our consulting work to provide outsider perspectives that can transform how a business interacts with its customers.

A "vulnerability" becomes a means to expand the narrative.

Our close connection to the projects also meant we had intimate knowledge of the process and were able to plan photo and video shoots throughout. The images produced by these shoots were used for highly-engaging social media content and for newspaper articles & native advertising that inform people about the progress.

Instead of being concerned about how people might perceive locations under construction, it became a campaign to share the progress for a "bigger, better Bosak Auto." It became a means of demonstrating their growth and celebrating their success.

For us, Marketing works best when it finds an interesting way to say something about an interesting subject. As consultants and project coordinators, we have the ability to interject and transform the brief at the source. We work closely with our partners to not only find opportunities, but create them from scratch.
